Clara will invoice our commission after each event, based on the final booking value.We will confirm the final booking value to Clara within 2 working days of each event, including any changes to guest numbers or food orders.We will pay each Clara commission invoice within 30 days of the invoice date.If a commission invoice is paid late, Clara may charge interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate from the due date until payment. Clara may also charge fixed compensation of £40, £70 or £100 per invoice depending on its value, plus reasonable costs of recovering the debt. These are the amounts set by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
