Regular cleaning is priced per cleaner hour. London rates typically run from about £21.50 to £25.50 an hour, rising for larger or more complex offices. Your quote shows the hours, the rate and each extra as its own line, ex VAT.
No. You pay the same as going direct. The cleaner pays Clara, not you.
Desks, floors, kitchens, washrooms and bins as standard. Washroom supplies, hygiene bins, waste and recycling can sit on the same contract.
Tell us your notice period in the brief. We give notice, sort keys and access, then agree the start date with the new cleaner. Allow about a month. Staff transfer rules (TUPE) can apply when a contract changes hands, so we raise it with both firms early.
It depends on the cleaner. The minimum term and notice period are shown on your quote before you agree to anything.
Yes. Your building usually covers the regular clean, so most serviced office teams use us for one off jobs: deep cleans, carpets and the clean up after a party.
