Nine London office caterers our account manager actually recommends, with prices, minimums and when to book someone else.

Finding office catering in London isn't difficult. Finding catering that turns up on time, feeds everyone properly and doesn't leave the office manager fielding complaints? That's another story.
At Clara, we book office catering for London offices every week. So we asked Emily Marsden, Clara's account manager, to pick her favourites. Not the caterers with the fanciest websites, but the ones she'd happily recommend knowing she'll get the phone call if something goes wrong. Her picks draw on bookings she's managed, client feedback and food our team has tried.
That's nine caterers for nine occasions, from a £4.50 a head sandwich lunch to a fully serviced VIP event. Because no caterer suits everyone, we also tell you when not to book them.
All prices exclude VAT and are based on menus listed on Clara on 13 October 2026.
Eight are available through Clara. Arch Catering isn't yet, but we liked them enough to include them anyway.
For when you've got 50 people, 50 opinions and no chance of pleasing everyone with sandwiches.

Chef Guilherme brings Brazilian influences to an impressively varied menu: live pasta stations, colourful lunch bowls, seasonal feasts, canapes and proper Brazilian barbecue. The flexibility is what really sets Table Bianchi apart.
"You can give Gui a headcount, a budget and a slightly chaotic idea. He'll come back with something brilliant. Most caterers send you a menu. Gui starts creating one."
Emily Marsden, Account Manager at Clara
For an event, the live pasta station, with meat and vegan options plus dessert. For a team lunch, the individual lunch bowls, such as Miso Salmon & Sesame Rice.
For when someone wants a healthy lunch, but nobody wants to be hungry again by 2pm.

These are not sad desk salads. Expect substantial, colourful bowls with roasted vegetables, crunchy toppings and proteins such as cajun chicken, miso salmon and sesame chilli tofu. One Clara client ordered them for a salad loving team. The variety of proteins went down particularly well.
"Not three leaves and a cherry tomato pretending to be lunch. They're a bit bougie, in the best possible way."
Emily Marsden
The GOAT or Thai Me Up for individual lunches. For meetings, the sharing platters for six.

For when the brief is simply: "Please make sure there's enough food."

Generous Caribbean inspired food: jerk chicken, fried red snapper, triple cheese mac, rice and peas, plantain and a vegan chickpea curry. Feedback from Clara's clients has been consistently excellent. They're also a Black owned business and our featured supplier for Black History Month.
"You order lunch and suddenly it feels like they've catered for someone's entire extended family."
Emily Marsden
The Caribbean buffet, to give everyone a taste of everything.
"Don't expect peak productivity afterwards. You'll have a room full of very happy people who could all do with a nap."

Atcha brings a staffed Indian food station into your office, serving build your own rice bowls with a choice of bases, curries and toppings. Think vibrant, fresh flavours rather than a heavy takeaway.
"Everyone gets to be a little bit fussy without actually being difficult. People genuinely get excited about it."
Emily Marsden
The Build Your Own Bowl pop up. Atcha also does seasonal menus for Diwali, Ramadan, Veganuary and Christmas.
For when the team deserves better than supermarket croissants.

For when the lunch is important enough that somebody's going to notice the flowers.

We recently arranged a lunch for senior marketing directors from some of the biggest names in fashion and sportswear. We chose Arch. The food was beautifully executed, but what impressed us most was everything around it: staff, tableware, glassware, tablecloths and flowers. You're paying for an experience, not just the food.
"It's not cheap. But for the right occasion, you can absolutely see where the money goes."
Alex Nazaruk, Founder of Clara
A fully serviced seated lunch, so the office manager doesn't have to play maitre d'.
Arch Catering isn't currently on Clara. If you'd like to book them through us, tell us and we'll work on bringing them onto the platform.
For when the dietary requirements spreadsheet is longer than the guest list.

Finotaste has catered for London offices since 2014, led by executive chef Junior Menezes, who trained at Le Cordon Bleu. Menus include allergen information with meat, pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan choices. What sets them apart is a willingness to adapt.
When one client had a mustard allergy, Finotaste didn't make a single separate portion and hope it stayed apart. They took the mustard out of the coleslaw across the whole menu.
"It's that sort of practical thinking that makes organising catering so much easier."
Emily Marsden
The Poke Bowl Pop Up, where guests build bowls from labelled proteins, toppings and sauces.
For a good lunch, a sensible invoice and absolutely no drama.

Frank's has fed London offices for over 30 years with sandwich platters, wraps, finger food, salads and cakes. Vegan, halal and gluten free options come in small quantities too. Frank's isn't trying to reinvent lunch. That's rather the point.
"Nothing too fancy, no unnecessary fuss, just good food at a good price. Sometimes that's the best thing you can say about a supplier."
Emily Marsden
Sandwich platters with a finger food sharer, such as chicken goujons or sausage rolls. An easy lunch and learn spread.

Asked to pick one, Emily didn't hesitate.
"Gui makes me look good at my job. I give him a headcount and a budget. He comes back with ideas I wouldn't have thought of."
Emily Marsden
One client was weighing up Table Bianchi for a Christmas party worth more than £8,000. Guilherme came in and cooked the dishes on site for a tasting. At the end, he brought out a tiramisu with the client's logo on it. Nobody had asked for it. The client was blown away.
Good caterers deliver food. Great caterers make the person organising it look like a genius.
Send us your brief with three things: how many people, your budget and what you're planning. We'll find the right caterer, help with the details and take care of the booking. Sandwiches for a meeting, a pop up for 100 or a lunch for the board: we've probably organised something similar.
